Thomas Dwi Putra, a digital product designer.
Product Designer at Delivery Hero (Berlin, Germany) As a Product Designer at Delivery Hero, I was an integral part of the Pandora team, overseeing subsidiary brands such as Foodora, Yemeksepekti, and Foodpanda across EU, Turkey, and APAC regions. Within this dynamic environment, I operated as the sole Product Designer in the Location tribe, collaborating with over 20 engineers and 3 product managers across three squads.
Over a year, I contributed to various projects, successfully overseeing iOS, Android, and web releases. Notably, my work on one project, addressing an error case in the checkout page, resulted in a significant 8 percent increase in conversion rates and a 3 percent boost in orders, saving approximately 1,075 orders valued at €10K from drop-offs in a two-days experiment.
Product (UX) at Bahasa.ai (Jakarta, Indonesia) In this AI startup, I joined the Product Team to enhance product usability and user experience, alongside two other team members with backgrounds in engineering and business.
During my time there, I not only created app designs but also crafted a seamless experience for a chatbot developed by our company. The challenge was to maximize the utilization of our AI/NLP engine and create effective and helpful conversational design for our users.
Additionally, I contributed to the development of a SaaS product beneficial to our clients—well-known and respectable companies in Indonesia.
Product Designer at Oval Kompas Gramedia (Jakarta, Indonesia) My first job as a fresh graduate involved the design and development of the MySantika App from scratch. The app was successfully released in early Q2 2019 and has garnered more than 20,000 users in Q1 2020.
Additionally, I contributed to various other product design developments, including the MySantika website, MyValue Loyalty App, KiriminBuku website, Oval website, and the Content Management System for each product.
In this role, my responsibilities extended beyond UI design to encompass product roadmap planning, UX research, brand development, and participation in a design system project.
UX/UI Designer Intern at Airfov (Singapore) First-time international experience as a student intern. I contributed to the company's homepage revamp project and participated in various other UX flow improvements.
UI Designer Intern at Tokopedia (Jakarta, Indonesia) Tokopedia is one of the leading e-commerce platforms in Indonesia. Within the User Tribe, I was responsible for the Account and Communication functions. My role involved designing interfaces for various platforms, including iOS, Android, Web, and Mobile Web, utilizing the Unify Design System.
